Janene Levy Nates is the mother of the darling little girl that founded the charitable organisation called Rubi’s Rainbow of Hope. They made contact with us after our article in GoodThingsGuy, and they themselves have also been featured on them. They offered to serve as a collection point for us in Constantia and shortly thereafter held a mini dress drive for us!
Since then they have found gowns for us on a regular basis. As this is ongoing we have decided to keep record of the donations in one page moving forward. This page will be updated periodically with dates and photos added to the accompanying album.
8 September 2018 – 1 wedding gown and 13 evening gowns; 3 October 2018 – 2 wedding gowns and 3 evening gowns; 20 December 2018 – 2 wedding gowns; 23 January 2019 – 1 wedding gown and 1 evening gown; 28 May 2019 – 2 evening gowns; 4 October 2019 – 5 evening gowns.
