In a previous blog we talked about Carina and how I met her through Erikr House. We also made mention of her wedding gown that was to be donated to us. Just in case you missed the first post; Her wedding gown was in storage when she promised to donate it to The Angel Gown® Initiative.
And now…
The day has arrived! She has moved into her new home and so her great unpacking adventure began. On our last consultation she presented me with her beautiful wedding gown. She also gave me her sister-in-laws’ wedding gown and a christening gown, but they will be discussed in another post.
Her wedding gown is the second Meyers wedding gown to be donated to us. It is made in white satin with a polka dot themed lace overlay. The fitted bodice has a sweetheart neckline and meets a very full flared skirt at the natural waist and is complimented by long sleeves and a chapel length train.
Thank you Carina for your continued support and donating your beautiful wedding gown to our cause.
A total of 12 Angel Gowns were repurposed.
